[Feature Request] I hope the shortcut key settings for "On" and "Off" can be combined into a single toggle. Currently, if I set Ctrl+Shift+A for "On," I have to use another combination, such as Ctrl+Shift+B, for "Off." It would be more convenient if pressing the same shortcut key again could toggle between "On" and "Off," similar to how the "Dimmer" function works in the menu.

Additionally, I would like SmartSystemMenu to prompt an option to "Restart Process" automatically after changing settings or have an option like "Restart SmartSystemMenu Process" in the taskbar icon.
