[Request] Add option to make window opaque when it's focused and/or on mouse-over

I just found your cool utility. Thanks for making and supporting it!

I suggest that you add an option to make a window opaque when it's focused and/or on mouse-over. I've been enjoying such a feature in the RainMeter app and think it would be a nice addition to your handy utility. In Rainmeter, it's the "fade-in" option of the transparency submenu of the settings submenu of the context menu.
