[Feature Request] Display `click through`/`always on top` state.

Can we make a tooltip or some extra field in information windows that show our own modified state of those flags?

I personally toggle those states a lot so I need somewhere to look on those state to check if it's being on or what.

It would be awesome if we could also retrieve that from CLI.
