I am not able to follow the steps

Hello! I'm really interested in this bot, due to the fact that i've got a podcast and want to play it in my discord server, but i don't know how to follow the steps. I don't know how to compile the program, and that is where i'm stuck, so it's possible that i get other problems after. Is there any way to get contact with u using a discord server or anything? Pls help me. Thnx.
