Can't add to Reaper (Windows)

Hey Alex, Your plug-in looks exactly like what I need (simulating some phasing of multiple ringing bells at specified Hz). However, I'm not able to add it to Reaper. For all other VSTs I've added, I've added a *.vst3 file or a *.dll, but I don't see one in your package. I've tried a few different ways to unzip and repackage the files, but I haven't been able to figure it out. I'm sure the problem is my own inexperience, but maybe you can point me in the right direction.
