Settings dont work

As described in this closed issue (https://github.com/AlexW00/StartTreeV2/issues/8).

I bought an used Surface Tablet Pro 7 and just use the current Edge currently and searched for a nicer "new tab" Page and found this. But the settings page keeps blank.
