[Bug]: Dragon Caves Spawning In Alex's Cave's Biomes

What happened?

When playing with Alex's Caves, dragon hidden in caves will occasionally spawn and stick out like a sore thumb.

I don't think its necessary as this is related to generation.

• [X] I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue

add them to the biome config as negate (check if Alex caves are part of any tag used in said config)

if this still happens then the issue is caused by Alex caves and it's biome handling logic (using structures and features to carve and replace biomes)
