Migrate to Null-Safety and upgraded all packages to latest (Oct-2021)

Hello! I found your repo and I think it is a good template, I wanted to migrate it to use latest Dart and versions of all packages plus other improvements, I tested everything on Heroku and all seems to work just fine.

It's deployed here.
