RTCVideoTrack setIsEnable to NO disables the camera auto rotation.

OS version: iOS 11 WebRTC version: 60.10.18252

Steps to reproduce

  • While video is on, set the isEnabled attribute on RTCVideoTrack to NO. Follow by switch it back on again.
  • Rotate the device
  • The camera will not rotate along with the device.
