change testnet3 to testnet and add endpoint

to run auction program you need to change network to testnet and add ENDPOINT=https://api.explorer.aleo.org/v1 to .env file in the run.sh

i've changed all the .env, README and run.sh files to use testnet instead of testnet3 and endpoint key where applicable.
