IMPROVEMENT [Token] - Add burn_private & burn_public with updated script & README.md

Do find the added burn_public and burn_private features to Token program with comments formatted the same way as the existing functions.

Additionally, the updated compiled build/main.aleo and added script instructions for run.sh has been included.

Lastly, README.md has also been updated to incorporate the new features.
