Comment via Email doesn't truncate old message

BUG-EMAIL-COMMENTS

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR When a user comments on an issue by replying to an email sent by the system, the comment generated includes code of the original system message. comment-by-mail

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR Only the user-written content is attached as a comment to the issue.
