Suggestion: Custom Packs: Favouriting Packs

It's not very easy to track down packs others have made that you really like, especially when you can't remember their creator or don't want to bother to type out their name.

I'd like to see the ability to favourite these custom packs, either pushing them to the top of the list, or allowing users to filter for favourite packs.
