Publish CTkPDFViewer on PyPI to simplify installation

Hey,

I came across this project and really liked it since it solved a problem that I currently have.

I would really like to use this project; however, my team relies on requirements.txt to install dependencies and keep track of what dependencies we're using. Is it possible to publish the package to PyPI? It would allow others to use this project easily, and allow my team to use this project and track it like other dependencies.
