Add possibility to open IE with AppV virtualization

Hello,

If we have a virtualized app (in an AppV environment), we can launch Internet Explorer in that environment using "iexplore.exe /appvve:GUID_of_the_AppV_container".

Using "OpenInternetExplorer.exe "URL" /appvve:GUID" doesn't work, and neither does "OpenInternetExplorer.exe /appvve:GUID" (without an URL). It would be nice if the iexplore process could be launched using the provided /appvve:GUID parameter when using OpenInternetExplorer.

This is the error that's showing up if I try to use the /appvve:GUID parameter.
