Pagination in dropdown

I want to get the dropdown items from API. Also want to apply pagination. For now, there is no way I can apply pagination to the items.

the problem remains for pagination or any other server access search, is on how to update the open menu, which brings us back to this problem https://github.com/AhmedLSayed9/dropdown_button2/issues/101

or maybe you refer to something else?
