Applying DCO

When the project is completed to some extent and a situation where it can be contributed to various open-source contributors, we intend to apply DCO. 어느 정도 프로젝트가 완성되고, 여러 오픈소스 기여자들에게 기여를 받을 수 있는 상황이 오면 DCO GitHub Apps를 통하여 적용하고자 한다.
