Linking coordinates stopped working again?
**Issue Description: **
Previous issue - https://github.com/AffectedArc07/SS13WebMap/issues/37
No matter where I link the x/y coordinates, it always brings me to the same spot on the map
Was trying to make use of it in-game when I noticed this.
Happens for all maps

**Steps to reproduce: **
Open any link with x/y set See that it's not bringing you where the x/y coords are set to
As far as I know I never supported XY linking on the webmap and thats a goonmap thing.
However if you want that as a feature I can look into adding it.
I'd really appreciate it, I thought we got it from https://github.com/AffectedArc07/SS13WebMap/issues/37 so I put it in a feature I was working on and now found out it didn't work as I thought it did
