[FEAT] Vector rotation from dipole coordinates to XYZ to GEO

In order to couple and visualize the dipole grid, we need to have some coordinate rotations and transformations:

1. Dipole to XYZ
2. XYZ to GEO
3. GEO to XYZ
4. XYZ to dipole

Need to generalize these so that we can do the same in things like the cubesphere grid.
