[Suggestion] Add an option to have Hand bones follow the Wrist bones

When trying to distance the arm from the main body, displacing their position is rather easy, but when it comes to the Hands and Fingers it becomes very fiddly and hard to try and have them follow the new wrist position. Adding an option where Hand and Finger bones follow the Wrists bones "naturally" would be helpful.
