ability to specify block state?

fo example, i would like to be able to scan for wheat crop, BUT, only for the fully grown ones, so i can easily find them to harvest

also, kinda related, when i mine highlighted blocks, the highlight stay even if the block is gone, i have to turn off and on the mod for the higlight to update, which is kinda annoying
