AdGuard auto-connect after disabling third-party VPN protocol

Problem Description

When user enables third-party VPN on his device, AdGuard turnes off automatically. However, when the mentioned VPN is turned off, AdGuard is not enabled back automatically.

Proposed Solution

Add AdGuard auto-connection after disabling a third-party VPN on a device
