AdGuard hangs at every attempt to update filters

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Windows.
  2. Open AdGuard for Windows app.
  3. Press the filters update button.
  4. Get 'loading' screen of AdGuard app, nothing changes after a while.

Expected behavior

Filters get updated normally.

Actual behavior

The app hangs.
