[feature-request][stealth-mode] don't hide/change the user-agent on certain websites
Currently using Mozilla user-agent in stealth mode as in some websites the scripts are far more aggressive towards Chrome Browsers then Firefox. And it works...with some exceptions. As i found out the hard way sites like:
lowes.com,homedepot.com,oreillyauto.com the search doesn't work(it's essential there)
calendar.google.com doesn't even work
websites that implemented the Cloudflare DDoS protection are also broken(just goes in to a loop)
So instead of applying the $stealth argument on all those affected websites and be more exposed(privacy wise),
i would kindly ask you guys to provide a option/argument not to hide the user-agent only in stealth mode.
Thank you for considering 👍
Your environment
- Slimjet Version 30.0.4.0 (based on Chromium 88.0.4324.150) (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Windows 10, v.1607 LTSB, build 14393.4350
Also on another note. Could somebody examine the contents of https://edge-mcdn.secure.yahoo.com/dms/exp.json (it's safe to open). AdGuard allowed it but to it looks like they're all telemetry/reporting domains. Thanks 👍
@dnmTX
We might think about to implement such feature.
Just bumping this as by the look of it,it didn't attract any interest to be implemented in the latest release 🤔
P.S. I still keep my hopes up 🤞
