I have tried almost everything but cannot use wifi calling on airtel.

have updated all the ip address in ipv4 too.

when i disable adguard, wifi calling gets connected and then when i enable adguard back, wifi calling still works. its just initial connection. jio wifi calling used to work fine with jio ip address filtered. but, with airtel, it does not.

help would be appreciated.

The only problem is that you haven't added all the addresses that Airtel uses. Try looking in Recent activity to see which addresses are being requested while using Wi-Fi Calling. Also, if Airtel uses IPv6, you need to find these addresses and exclude them from filtering too and enable IPv6 filtering.

In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your system logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Get to a state where VoWiFi is active.
  2. Collect logs: -use this manual
  3. Send this file to [email protected]:
    • include [android] keyword and 5716 in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred
