Additional Information

My mobile network is Mozillion, which is based off EE and is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). I have tried to add the new IPs I found from the guide on this but was stuck at invalid IP address: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/issues/2550#issuecomment-2717937778

I have followed the steps mentioned on a similar issue to send logs here: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/issues/5578#issuecomment-2631407394

Please clarify what you mean by "doesn't work"? Also, if it's not too much trouble, recollect the logs, waiting a little longer after enabling Wi-Fi at the end.

As in the voWifi doesn't still activate when Adguard is on even after adding the new IPs.

I will resend some logs shortly.

@ESurina I have sent the new logs via email with the timestamps all stated there.

Let me know if that is good enough, happy to do retakes.

Please try adding this IP: 46.68.0.0/17.

Please try adding this IP: 46.68.0.0/17.

Hi @ESurina, I added that IP and it appears to have not made a difference.

@zamanmh1

A detailed explanation of why Wi-Fi Calling isn’t working can be found in this issue: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/issues/2550 — please take a look.

Adding the following two IP ranges to the list should help:

76.223.67.189/32
13.248.213.45/32

@Versty

I have been referring to that guide and even after adding the IPs I have found from the process as well as the ones you have told me to add, there appears to be no difference.

Please view the screen recording. I have linked below which demonstrates the issue very clearly, VoWifi will work when Adguard gets turned off, turning AG on afterwards doesn't affect it however if you change WiFi connection or reconnect with AG on, VoWifi never comes back.

@Versty @ESurina Any updates on this issue? I have posted a video above of what happens?

The only problem is that you haven't added all the addresses that Mozillion uses. Try looking in Recent activity to see which addresses are being requested while using Wi-Fi Calling. Also, if Mozillion uses IPv6, you need to find these addresses and exclude them from filtering too and enable IPv6 filtering.

My ISP isn't using IPV6?

I have forced WiFi calling by enabling aeroplane mode turning off AG, toggling WiFi on and off, getting voWifi and then re-enabling AG. I don't know what address it could be? I have attached screenshots below:

In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your system logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Get to a state where VoWiFi is active.
  2. Collect logs: -use this manual
  3. Send this file to [email protected]:
    • include [android] keyword and 5660 in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred

@ESurina I've sent the bug report via email (Shared via drive as the big report was too big for email)

Let me know if it's good enough. Happy to do another retake.

Any updates @ESurina ?

Vowifi fails to work when using a local VPN, but works perfectly fine when using an automatic proxy.
