Issue Details

Preconditions:

• Protection is enabled; At least 1 custom filter and 1 user script is added and enabled; previous version of AdGuard is running;
• Release channel for updates is set; update period is every hour

Steps to reproduce:

1. Refresh the filters manually in Update screen
2. Update the app
3. Wait 1 hour

Expected Behavior

After chosen time period (e.g. 1 hour) filters and user scripts were updated automatically

Actual Behavior

Auto-updates flops even after exceeding of selected time period.
