"Saved locations" in the tray menu is not localized in non-inhouse languages

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the app language to a non-inhouse language (inhouse languages include Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian)
2. Right-click the AdGuard VPN icon in the tray menu
3. Go to the list of servers to connect to

Expected Behavior

Each menu item is localized in the selected language

Actual Behavior

"Saved locations" is in English
