Services added from the list remain in the exclusion list when removing them using “Add a website - From the list”

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to "Exclusions - Websites"
2. Click on "Add a website" and select "From the list"
3. Click "Add" next to "Amazon" service, then save
4. Click "Add a website" again and choose "From the list"
5. Find "Amazon" and click "Remove" (refer to Screenshot 1)

Note The issue can be reproduced in both general and selective modes

Expected Behavior

The "Amazon" service, along with all domains and subdomains, should be deleted from the exclusion list

Actual Behavior

The service "Amazon" is not deleted from Exclusions. Only domains are deleted, while exclusions for subdomains remain unaffected (see Screenshot 2)
