Сommand line interface for AdGuard VPN for Windows

Issue Details

Users reported a feature request to have a CLI (command line interface) or API (application programming interface) that can be used to locally control/automate functions of the VPN client.

Basics like triggering connects/disconnects is what I'm initially looking for, but things like updating exceptions or checking/switching to other locations would be great also.

Developers confirmed that basic features like listing available locations and connect/disconnect option would be of help.

Proposed solution

Having basic features, such as:

1. Connect/disconnect
2. List of available locations
3. Switching to another location
4. Updating (exclusions, location list, application itself, etc.)

Alternative solution

As per developers abilities and real user requirements.
