Issue Details

Preconditions:

• Country selected in Google Play Account settings is not Russia.
• Use a free AdGuard account

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch AdGuard VPN and log in to the account
2. Complete or skip onboarding
3. Observe the promotion screen and scroll down

Expected Behavior

The close button icon remains fixed in the upper right corner. Scrolling down should cause the close button to also scroll away

Actual Behavior

When scrolling down, the close button icon is always displayed in the upper right corner of the screen (refer to the screenshot)
