App doesn't update through the dialog in the app

- OS: Android 10 Harmony OS 3.0.0
- Device: Huawei
- Firmware:

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install VPN 2.5.6
2. Wait until the dialog about updating appears
3. Tap on Download
4. Wait until the loading ends

The app is not updated, there is still version 2.5.6

Expected Behavior

The app is updated to the version 2.6

Additional Information

I can't give a permission for in-app installations in the system settings, because VPN isn't on the list of apps that can get this permission.
