Twitch buffering

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a Twitch stream that you're not suscribed
2. Ad starts and the 'blocking ad' message appears
3. Stream starts buffering

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

When an ad plays (the 'blocking ad' message appears) the stream starts buffering until the end of the ad then it auto pauses then unpauses. You can manualy pause and unpause during the ad to fix it. This happens with both the extension and userscript.

It's like Firefox is incompatible/problematic. If you use Brave, you won't have a buffering issue see my comment: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardExtra/issues/383#issuecomment-2459080780

I also have this. theres a small buffer before and after "blocking ads"

Mine will also do this, it started a few weeks ago. It will sometimes pause the stream for minutes while the 'blocking ads' is showing in the corner. I'm on latest Chrome and using the Adguard Extra beta extension.
