shop.yml still has usernames inside

Describe the issue:

The contents of the file shop.yml should have UUIDs instead of usernames since 1.7.9. The current fork (here) I thought it would have UUID support but it doesn't :(

Expected Behaviour: Seeing player's UUID with their token amount

Server Version/BlockHunt Version:

Paper 1.16.5 #776 ~ BlockHunt 0.5.0-SNAPSHOT- (no build ID but assuming build #50 from the CI)

NB: I have lots lots of usernames, I guess manual editing will be required to reimburse player tokens
