Support additional custom actions in modal component

In our project we need to have additional actions available from a modal popup beyond the 3 currently supported (confirm, cancel and close). This gist shows how I was able to accomplish it by reopening ModalComponent. I can convert to a PR if there is interest. I'm also open to suggestions on other implementation approaches.
