Doesn't seem to work on Windows 10 LTSC

So, the program does not seem to run on Windows 10 LTSC - It launches and shows up in the notification bar - but it does not work. Right-clicking the program immediately suspends it, after which it can only be closed with task manager. I think it is a Windows LTSC issue, as the program does work on my other PC. All dependencies are correctly installed.
