[WIP] Linux support

I want to support linux and vulkan/opengl backends here.

next move was a Windows.

@Dracks I come back soon after https://github.com/AdaEngine/AdaEngine/pull/74. Currently, I have errors with render engine and I need a time to adopt vulkan.
