PHP error finding document in index.php

hello I keep getting this error in my index.php and don't know how to solve it please advise.

Not the creator of these sites, but just in case it helps: You might be in the wrong repository, or perhaps looking at a particularly old version? The FrogFind project does not use anything in the php/ directory. That directory was seemingly a left-over from it having started as a copy/fork of https://github.com/ActionRetro/68k-news.
