"Looks great" as in you tried it, or just the readme?

From what I gathered it doesn't really work that well. It would have to out-perform the existing SR to be worth considering.

I saw it in youtube, and it's said to focus on upscaling lossless images (such as the output of stable diffustion). It's not very good for compressed images.
