Optimize internal swaps

Now internal swaps try to take the whole trading by the order of the configured list of trading paths, without considering the depth and price of different trading paths.

  1. primary optimization: choose the trading path with the lowest average price from the available trading paths to trade.
  2. advanced optimization: aggregated exchange, split the order to different trading paths for the best result.
