Upgrade to Qt 6.5 (VFX Platform 2024)

Current Qt dependency is v5.15 - to support VFX platform 2024, native graphics support on Apple Silicon and also given that Qt5.15 is now in archive status xSTUDIO needs to be upgraded to use Qt6.5
