Minor Documentation edits:

• Assumed Typo for VFX reference platform 2023 repeated twice
• Emphasis differences between the different executables of MSYS2

Wasted a lot of time using the wrong executable of MSYS2 due to my ignorance of the difference, and the installer of MSYS2 opening msys2.exe by default after installation.
