Post compression, video not playable (Samsung recorded videos)

I have a file which is captured from samsung phone. Post compression the video does not play. It just shows a black screen. Compression works perfectly if the video is taken in any other device. I am unable to find logs. I am attaching the video file which is not able to be played post compression.
