Add support compatible ID PNP0D15

As we offline discussed, for SystemReady band ACS, please cheery pick the commit https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/eb124822186be8ea433f568e92cc3bfbf6117a30 to support the platform that exposes its non-PCIe USB controller as a ACPI device with the standard ID PNP0D15.
