PR https://github.com/ARM-software/CMSIS_5/pull/1417 removed arm_nn_mat_mult_kernel_s8_s16_reordered() while it is referenced in /NN/Source/ConvolutionFunctions/arm_convolve_HWC_q7_fast_nonsquare.c .
