SVM group failing in CMSIS-DSP 1.16.2

Hi,

This is to report that when running the SVM group on a CM85 target (STM32) and as per release 1.16.2, cause the parameters to take incoherent values with a likely corrupted stack and lead to an infinite loop executing the Helium optimized code.

Retiring the SVM group from the bench.txt description fixes the issue and get the benchmarks to run till completion.

@ilyesgouta Thanks. I'll have a look. Do you know if it is due to a specific test in the SVM group ?
