Suggest to add a section that explains usage of EventRecorder

This is briefly mentioned at the end of the Semihosting IO section: https://arm-software.github.io/AVH/main/simulation/html/hints.html#semihosting, but agree, is worth a separate subsection. Will add it with a reference to the EventStatic example.
