$ref bug resolving an existing folder

I think it is an issue when I'm trying to use a $ref I got an error saying that the yaml file is not found and as you can see the folder exists. I don't know what happend with swagger-cli command here

Same issue here. I don't know why this is a problem on my system but not my colleague's
