could I use anaconda build a new environment to run this project?

win11 anaconda3 Dear author, I have installed Airsim and JSBSim in win11, I also Clone this repository onto your system , Move the x8 dir into your JSBSim aircraft dir and Move the electric800w.xml file into the x8 dir into the engine dir. when I open the project by pycharm , when I choose the interoreter as follows. I install all the things required in "requirement.txt", but I can run main.py , is there something wrong in my step, could help me?
