Select postgres minor version

Hi, i would like to be able to select the postgres minor version during install.

I see that the postgresql_version variable is used at many places so probably an additional variable needs to be introduced to select the package version. This could be optional to keep the default behavior of installing the latest version if not defined.

I did not find any issues about this. What do you think? Is this something you would like to see implemented? Has this been discussed in the past?
